What the service is

Nostre Foto gives an event one shared roll. A host sets how many frames each guest gets and when the roll develops. Guests shoot onto it. Nobody sees a frame until develop time.

The host and the guests

The host opens the event, sets its rules and pays for it. Guests join with a code and need no account.

A host can remove a frame or a participant from their own event, and from nothing outside it.

What you upload

Your frames stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the people on that roll, which is what the product does and nothing wider.

You must have the right to upload what you upload, and you must not upload anything unlawful.

The seal

We will not show a frame before develop time. Two exceptions, both narrow: a takedown request about a specific frame, and a legal order. Any early access is written to an audit record.

Payment

Events are free while the product is early. There is nothing to pay and no card to give.

When a price exists it will be per event and paid once, and it will not be applied to an event opened before it existed. A refund window belongs here and will be written when there is something to refund.

Ending it

You can delete an event and its roll at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

Placeholder. A limitation of liability belongs here and has to be written by a lawyer. Until it is, read this instead: the service is provided as it is, and a phone that loses a frame before it uploads is a phone we cannot reach.
